Deep House Cleaning in Cambridge
A deep clean is not a long regular clean. It goes after the things a regular visit never touches — the dust on top of door casings, the film in the window tracks, the grease behind the stove, the felt between the radiator fins.

Cambridge specifics
Two things make deep cleans here take longer than the same square footage elsewhere. The first is the age of the housing in Galt and Preston — deep baseboards, picture rails, high casings, transoms and radiators are all surface area that a modern house simply doesn't have. The second is basements. A poured-concrete basement in a newer east Galt house cleans in twenty minutes; a stone or rubble-wall cellar under an old Galt house sheds grit continuously and needs a realistic goal set before anyone starts, which is exactly what happens at the walkthrough.
Hard water

Yes, where they've been emptied. If they're full, the exteriors and the reachable interior edges are done and the rest is flagged for next time.
Can you clean windows?
Interior glass, frames, sills and tracks, yes. Exterior windows above the ground floor need a window-cleaning company with the right equipment, and you'll be told that rather than have someone on a ladder.
